Par tasse : Environ 2,5 g de mélange pour une tasse de 25 cl.

1. Mélangez les ingrédients dans les proportions ci-dessus.
2. Comptez environ 2,5 g par tasse, eau à 80 °C.
3. Laissez infuser 2 minutes, puis filtrez.
