# Legal notice

## 1. Publisher of the application

CreativiTea, the tea blending atelier (the "Application": blend composer, gallery, ingredient and moment pages, order request form) is a non-commercial, non-professional test project, published by a private individual.

Under EU Directive 2000/31/EC (e-Commerce Directive) as transposed into Lithuanian law by the Law on Information Society Services (Lietuvos Respublikos informacinės visuomenės paslaugų įstatymas), providers of information society services must make certain identification details easily accessible. Unlike some other EU jurisdictions, Lithuanian law does not offer private individuals a specific statutory right to withhold their identity from the public when publishing online content. As a matter of transparency and good practice, the following contact point is provided:

If the Application generates any revenue or is used beyond strictly private, non-commercial testing, full identification of the publisher (name, address) will be added here.

## 2. Hosting

The Application (static pages, images and source code) is hosted by OVH (OVH SAS, 2 rue Kellermann, 59100 Roubaix, France).

## 3. Nature of the service

The Application is a test project, provided free of charge for non-commercial purposes only. It is not intended for professional or business use. It may be modified, suspended or discontinued at any time without notice.

Prices, bag sizes and the order request form are part of the test: sending a request does not create a sale and nothing is charged. Blends composed by visitors are published anonymously (see the [terms of use](https://lochness-paris.com/custom-tea/terms-of-use.html) ).

## 4. Intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, the source code, text and visual elements of the Application (illustrations of jars, seals and colour swatches, photos, visual identity) belong to the publisher or are used under an applicable licence (e.g. an open-source licence referenced in the project's source repository). The Young Serif and Instrument Sans fonts are used under the SIL Open Font License.

No reproduction, redistribution or commercial exploitation of the Application is permitted without prior authorisation, except as expressly allowed by an applicable open-source licence.

## 5. Liability

As the Application is provided for testing purposes and without warranty, the publisher cannot be held liable for:

- interruptions, bugs, loss of locally stored data or malfunctions arising from its use;
- how users choose to use the Application;
- any direct or indirect damage resulting from access to, or use of, the Application.

Aroma profiles, caffeine levels, infusion colours and brewing advice are indicative only and are not medical advice; if you are pregnant, have allergies or take medication, ask a health professional.

## 6. Governing law

This legal notice is governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection provisions applicable in the user's country of residence within the EU.
