1. Purpose

These terms govern the use of CreativiTea (the "Application"): the blend composer, the gallery, the ingredient and moment pages, and the order request form. The Application is a non-commercial test project, published by a private individual and provided free of charge, without warranty (see the legal notice). Using it means you accept these terms.

2. The composer and publishing blends

The composer is free and requires no account. A blend has 2 to 5 ingredients, with at least 30% tea or infusion plants. By clicking "Create my blend", you agree that your composition (ingredients, proportions, moment) is published on a public page, without your name, and may appear in the gallery, on ingredient and moment pages, and be reused by other visitors. Each composition has a single page: if it already exists, you are taken to it.

We may moderate, merge or remove a page, and limit the number of submissions to prevent abuse.

3. Order requests

The "Order this blend" form is part of the test. It sends a request, which creates no sale and no obligation: nothing is charged. Prices and bag sizes shown are indicative. The publisher may reply to your request by email.

Should the Application ever become commercial, general terms of sale would be published and would apply before any order.

4. Product information

Photos, illustrations, infusion colours, aroma profiles and brewing advice are indicative: natural ingredients vary from one harvest to the next. This information is not medical advice; check the ingredient list if you have allergies and ask a health professional if you are pregnant or taking medication.

5. Fair use

You may not disrupt the site, automate submissions, bypass limits or use the forms to send unlawful content or unsolicited marketing.

6. Liability

The Application is provided as is, for testing purposes and without warranty. The publisher cannot be held liable for interruptions, bugs, data loss or damage arising from its use (see the legal notice).

7. Intellectual property and data

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection provisions applicable in your country of residence within the EU. An amicable solution will always be sought first. Contact: contact@lochness-paris.com.
