1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how the application [App Name] (the "Application"), a test progressive web app (PWA) provided free of charge for non-commercial purposes, handles — or rather, does not handle — user data.

The Application is published by a private individual (see the Legal Notice). As no company or organisation is behind the Application, the publisher acts, to the extent any processing occurs, as the informal point of contact rather than a formal "data controller" within the meaning of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

2. No collection of personal data

The Application does not collect, store on a server, or transmit any personal data.

Specifically:

• No analytics or audience-measurement tool (e.g. Google Analytics, Matomo, Plausible) is integrated.
• No advertising or tracking/profiling tool is used.
• No form collects identifying information (name, e-mail, phone number, etc.), unless explicitly stated elsewhere within the Application.
• No data is sold, shared, or transferred to any third party, for the simple reason that none is collected.

3. Data stored locally on your device

As a Progressive Web App, the Application may use browser storage technologies (e.g. localStorage, IndexedDB, service worker cache) to:

• allow the Application to work offline;
• speed up loading;
• keep certain settings or usage data directly on your device.

This data stays exclusively on your own device. It is never transmitted to the publisher or to any remote server. You can delete it at any time by clearing your browser's site data or by uninstalling the PWA.

4. Cookies

The Application does not use any cookies for audience measurement, advertising, or tracking purposes. Any strictly technical, essential cookie (e.g. for local session handling) would fall under the exemption for strictly necessary cookies and would not require prior consent under the ePrivacy rules transposed into Lithuanian law.

5. Legal basis and GDPR

Since the Application does not process any personal data within the meaning of the GDPR, no legal basis under Article 6 GDPR needs to be relied upon, and no record of processing activities is required.

Should this change in the future (e.g. a new feature that involves data processing), this Privacy Policy will be updated accordingly before that feature is deployed, and a legal basis and, where relevant, a data controller identity will be specified.
