Terms of Use

1. Purpose

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern access to and use of the application [App Name] (the "Application"), a progressive web app (PWA) offered free of charge, for testing and non-commercial purposes only, by a private individual (see Legal Notice).

By accessing or using the Application, you accept these Terms in full.

2. Nature of the service

The Application is an experimental / test (beta) project. As such:

• it may contain bugs, be incomplete or unstable, or change without notice;
• it may be suspended, modified, or permanently discontinued at any time, without compensation or notice;
• it comes with no commitment as to availability, maintenance, or support.

3. Access to the application

The Application is freely accessible to anyone with an internet connection and a compatible browser. No registration or provision of personal data is required to use it (see the Privacy Policy).

The publisher does not guarantee continuous availability of the Application (maintenance, outages, force majeure, etc.).

4. Permitted use

Users agree to use the Application in accordance with its intended purpose and applicable law, and in particular agree not to:

• attempt to disrupt or interfere with the proper functioning of the Application (intrusion, tampering, overload);
• use the Application for unlawful, fraudulent, or improper purposes;
• extract, copy, or repurpose the source code for commercial use without authorisation, unless expressly permitted by an applicable open-source licence.

5. No warranty

The Application is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including as to:

• proper functioning, availability, or absence of errors;
• fitness for any particular purpose;
• preservation of data stored locally on the user's device.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the publisher shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages (loss of locally stored data, malfunction, device incompatibility, etc.) resulting from the use of, or inability to use, the Application.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under the mandatory provisions of the Lithuanian Civil Code (Lietuvos Respublikos civilinis kodeksas) or applicable EU consumer-protection law, where such provisions apply.

7. Intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, the elements of the Application are protected by intellectual property law and/or distributed under an open-source licence. Any use inconsistent with that licence is prohibited.

8. Changes to these Terms

These Terms may be updated at any time. The version in force is the one published within the Application, together with its last-updated date.

9. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. In the absence of an amicable resolution, disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the competent Lithuanian courts, without prejudice to any mandatory rights a consumer may have under the law of their country of residence within the EU.
