The publisher's full details (name, address and, where applicable, registration number) will be published on this page as soon as the project generates revenue or becomes a professional activity.

This notice applies to:
- the bracelet builder (/pwa/en/, /pwa/fr/, /pwa/es/), including when it is embedded on a partner shop's website (link, iframe or floating button);
- the creations gallery (/creations/);
- Stone of the Day (/pwa/pierre-du-jour/);
- the partner programme for shops (/pwa/partenaire/ and the client area /pwa/espace-client/).
4.Nature of the service
The services are free. An order request sent from the bracelet builder or a creation page is a request: it does not form a sale and no payment is taken on the site. Wrist size, price and delivery are confirmed by email before anything is made. Displayed prices are indicative.
The partner programme is offered as a pilot. The services may change, be suspended or discontinued without notice.
5.Intellectual property
The code, texts, bead photos (photos of real stones, no AI-generated images) and visuals belong to the publisher or are used under licence. The Playfair Display and Manrope fonts are used under the SIL Open Font License; Font Awesome Free icons under their open licences (CC BY 4.0, SIL OFL, MIT).
Any reproduction or commercial reuse without prior written permission is prohibited, except where an open licence allows it. Designs published in the gallery are anonymous and may be freely reused by visitors to create their own bracelet.
6.Information about the stones
The associations given for each stone come from traditional crystal lore and are provided for cultural and informational purposes. They are not medical advice and never replace a consultation or treatment.
7.Liability
The publisher strives to provide accurate information but cannot be held liable for interruptions, errors, data loss, users' choices or any resulting damage. Partner shops' websites that embed the builder are the sole responsibility of those shops.
8.Governing law
This notice is governed by Lithuanian law, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rules of the EU country where the consumer lives.
