1.Purpose

These terms govern the free use of the Loch Ness services:

Using these services means you accept these terms.

2.Bracelet builder and creations gallery

The builder requires no account. When a design reaches the required score, it may be published automatically on a public gallery page, without your name or contact details. A published design can be viewed and reused by other visitors; identical designs share the same page.

The publisher may moderate, merge or remove pages, and limit the number of publications to protect the service.

3.Order requests

The order form sends a request, with no commitment and no payment. We reply by email to confirm wrist size, price and delivery; the bracelet is only made once you have agreed to these. Displayed prices are indicative.

If online payment is offered (for example by card via Stripe), general terms of sale will be published beforehand and will apply to those orders.

4.Natural stones

Every stone is unique: colour, patterns and size may vary slightly from the photos, which show real beads. These variations are natural and are not a defect.

5.Stone of the Day

Stone of the Day suggests one stone every day and, after a free sign-up, a selection of three stones based on the mood you choose. The selection is generated automatically from the stones' traditional associations. You can unsubscribe at any time by email.

6.Information about the stones

The associations mentioned come from traditional crystal lore and are provided for cultural and informational purposes. They are not medical advice and never replace a consultation or treatment. Some stones need care (water, knocks, use in elixirs): follow the care tips shown on their page.

7.Partner programme (shops)

8.Fair use

You may not disrupt the services, automate submissions, bypass limits, or send unlawful or misleading content or unsolicited marketing through the forms. Text entered by visitors is treated as plain data and may be moderated.

9.Liability

The services are provided “as is”, with no guarantee of continuous availability. The publisher cannot be held liable for interruptions, errors, data loss or indirect damage linked to their use, to the extent permitted by law.

10.Intellectual property and data

See the legal notice and the privacy policy.

11.Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Lithuanian law, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rules of the EU country where the consumer lives. If a problem arises, please write to contact@lochness-paris.com first so we can look for an amicable solution.
