How do you charge crystals under a full moon?

The gentlest way is to leave them one night in the moonlight, on a windowsill, without water, and take them back in the morning. It is a symbolic ritual with no proven effect.

Can every stone stay outside?

Avoid damp and rain for soft stones (hardness below 5), such as celestite, howlite or malachite, and strong sunlight for stones that can fade.
