Make shamballa bracelets yourself, eh!
Gear:
- Nice nylon or waxed thread (not too fine nor too thick, between 1 mm and 2 mm, you know the type?)
- Pearls, the kind of pearls that make you say “yeah, that’s exactly what I want!”
- Scissors (to play wire hairdressers)
- Lighter or glue (the secret against getting stuck knots)
- A clothespin or pin (like, to keep everything in place, it's better)
Funny instructions:
- Select your VIP pearls: Find the ones that are going to party on your bracelet. Pearls that have class, you see?
- Cut the fashion rope: Cut the thread to the size of the star, between 15 and 20 cm for each guy. Two are enough, but if you want to add more, it’s open bar!
- Put your pearls in the game: Thread the beads onto the wire. Create a killer look, be creative, it’s your runway.
- Pull the red carpet from the center: Fold in half to find the center. It’s time to say “It’s showtime!”
- Start tying red carpet style bows: Tie square knots around the center. Cross, pass, loop, in short, put on a show!
- Add bling as you go: Between two knots, add pearls. Give them a VIP seat, they will love it.
- Continue the parade of knots: Add beads and tie knots until your bracelet is as cool as you are. Keep up the pace, it must be a yarn party.
- Tie the after-party knot: Once at the right size, tie a tight knot. Use glue or a lighter to make sure it doesn't move.
- Cut excess hair: Cut the excess thread, but not too short either, don't let it get messy.
- Close the red carpet: If you have extra thread left, tie a sliding knot. Cut off the rest and voilà, your Shamballa bracelet is ready to shine!
Have fun with this stylish DIY, and let the bead party begin! 🌈✨
