Add your birth day and month, each reduced to one digit, and the current year reduced to one digit, then reduce the total to 1–9. Example for 25 July in 2026: 7 + 7 + 1 (2026 = 10 = 1) = 15 → 6. Personal year 6.
When does the personal year change?
In the most common method it changes on 1 January. Some numerologists change it on your birthday.
