Frequently asked questions
How much does the builder cost?
During the pilot programme, every available module is free. The terms for afterwards are sent to you by email when you apply, before any commitment.
Do I need to know how to code?
No. The builder is added with a single line to paste on a page of your website, or on a subdomain (for example bracelets.yourshop.com).
Can I sell my own stones?
Yes. On top of the catalogue stones you choose, you can add up to 30 stones of your own, with your photos and prices, plus your own elements (spacers, charms…) and clasps.
How do I receive orders?
Each bracelet comes to you as an order request by email, with the stones, their order and the size. With the "Add to cart" module, the bracelet goes straight into your online shop's cart (Shopify, WooCommerce…).
Who makes the bracelets?
You do, or the maker you work with. The builder is there to design the bracelet and send you a precise request, ready to prepare.
Does the builder talk about crystal meanings?
Only if you want it to. Properties are presented as traditionally associated with the stones, with no health claims. The crystal score is a module you can switch on or off.
Which languages does it support?
English, French, Spanish and Hungarian.
