Adding your own stones

Your stones, with your photos and prices, live straight away and only in your builder.

In the My stones tab, add the stones you offer on top of the catalogue. They appear straight away in your builder, alongside the other stones, and nowhere else. No public page is created for them.

Adding a stone

  1. Give it a name (at least one language; each visitor sees the name in her language).
  2. Enter the price of one bead, in your shop's currency.
  3. Add the photo: a single bead, well centred, seen from the front. It is cropped into a circle automatically; a cut-out photo (transparent PNG) gives the best result.
  4. Optional: up to 3 other photos of the same stone. Each bead of the bracelet then takes one of these photos at random, like real stones that all differ.
  5. Optional: the New label.
  6. Click Add the stone. The preview shows your photo in a bracelet.

Several sizes, one price per size

Under the photo, Sizes and prices (optional) lists the bead sizes your shop offers (6, 8 or 10 mm).

  • Tick the sizes you have for this stone and enter the price of each.
  • In the builder, the stone takes the right price when your customer picks a size, and it is greyed out in unticked sizes.
  • Nothing ticked: the stone is offered in all your sizes at the single price.

Translucent stone

Tick Translucent stone if light passes through your stone (citrine, quartz, fluorite…): it keeps a shadow (a little lighter) and the bead, round like a magnifying glass, focuses a small nebula of light at its centre, stretched along the cord, in a colour gradient (almost white core, the stone's bright colour, deeper edge), like in a real photo, on screen, on the card, the photo, the video and the realistic preview. Pick its colour from the palette (amethyst, citrine, rose quartz, green, blue, carnelian, honey, smoky, colourless), another colour, or Automatic (from the photo).

The lithotherapy score (option)

Tick Count this stone in the lithotherapy score: the fields unfold. Choose, from the lists, the correspondences traditionally associated with the stone:

  • 1 to 3 chakras, 1 or 2 elements, 1 to 6 intentions;
  • the polarity, the vibration and the dominant quality;
  • the hardness (Mohs);
  • care: sensitive to water, avoid prolonged contact with the skin; amplifying or grounding stone.

These are tick boxes: no free text, so no health claims. The stone then also appears in the chakra filter.

Without this option, the stone is left out of the score. A bracelet made only of stones left out of the score shows "Your bracelet", without a score.

Managing your stones

  • Edit reopens the form; a new photo replaces the old one.
  • Hide removes it from the builder without deleting it; Show brings it back.
  • Delete erases it, with its photos.
You can have up to 30 stones. Loch Ness may remove a stone that would not be suitable.
