Changing your password, recovering it if forgotten, and the security of your access.

Changing your password

In the My account tab, enter your current password, then the new one twice (at least 10 characters).

Forgotten password

On the sign-in page, Forgot your password? sends you a link valid for 1 hour to choose a new one. Remember to check your spam folder.

Security

• After 4 hours without activity, you need to sign in again.
• Changing your password signs out your other devices.
• Too many sign-in attempts block access for 15 minutes.

Language

Your client area exists in French, English and Spanish: FR · EN · ES at the top of the page.
