Receiving orders

Orders reach your email thanks to a free Web3Forms key; also choose the currency of your prices.

When a customer confirms her bracelet, the order is sent to you by email. Payment is then arranged directly between you and your customer.

The Web3Forms key (free)

1. Go to web3forms.com ↗ and enter the email where you want to receive orders.
2. You receive a key like xxxxxxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxxxxxxxxxx.
3. Paste it in Shop → Orders → Your Web3Forms key, then save.

Without a key, orders come to Loch Ness, who forwards them to you.

What the email contains

• the customer's email (reply to her directly);
• the requested wrist size and the actual size of the bracelet (length and diameter, with the difference in mm);
• the bead size, the number of beads and the total price;
• the composition in order, with the original name of each stone;
• a See the composition link that reopens exactly this bracelet in your builder.

Currency

Choose the currency of your prices (euro, dollar, pound, Swiss franc, forint, złoty…). For any currency other than the euro, enter the price of every bead you offer: suggested prices are in euros.
