Placing a spacer or a charm

The "Place" button lets you choose the exact spot; two elements never touch.

On an element's card, two ways to add it:

• tap the card: the element goes next in line;
• Place: "+" marks appear between the beads; tap the one where you want the element.

The "+" marks stay on screen so you can place several; a second tap on Place (or Cancel, or Esc) stops.

The rule: never two elements side by side

There is always a bead between two spacers or charms. Forbidden spots carry a small ⊘ mark; tapping one shows "Not here: two spacers or charms can't touch. Choose a "+"".
